National Crime Victims' Rights Week 2008

Each year the Office for Victims of Crime at the U.S. Department of Justice publishes the National Crime Victims' Rights Resource Guide. The National Center has had the great privilege of producing the Guide for the last 2 years. This theme DVD was put together to be used to promote and advance the cause of justice for victims of crime.
