those areas will look great with a little block sanding and some brown rustoleum primer.

Sometimes this is all people have to be able to take them back and forth to work, they try so hard - and appreciate what they have too. So in this way I feel so bad for people who are forced to drive compromised cars. Many in this world take so for granted what they have.

The rust holes! I hear you ... I always see those rust buckets driving around and I feel bad for the folks driving them. Not safe and they really can't be worked on.
