Since many of you requested this event to be an annual tradition for the YouTube audience, I have once again presented for your entertainment (or lack thereof), the 2011 Thanksgiving Grocery Shopping Run.
Due to lots of employees and background music, added music was put in the soundtrack, and where it got loud, the volume level of the main track was reduced. You'll barely hear me speak, but it's clear enough...usually.
AS usual, I impress people with my "extreme" packing skills, showing you what can be stuffed into a tiny hand basket, and will the gift card be enough? Watch, and find out!

  • About $120 at my Dominicks for all that....

  • @TheElevatorPlanet

    That's worse than Cantafford (Hannaford).

  • Market Basket (this chain, here in MA) TOTALLY beats Hannaford. I know someone who works at my Market Basket, and they give me FREE COOKIES!! (Beware, don't say that in front of an employee please).

  • @NWRGeek

Like that matters. I hear about friends giving friends employee or "special" discounts at many a store, any kind of store. Nothing new there.

  • @georgef551- Welcome to Illnois!

  • @georgef551- Oh goody! And Im sure it realllyyy helped the store alot. (im sure the Tomra team including Ih8escalators isnt going to be happy about this comment.) :)

  • @TheElevatorPlanet

I'm sure it'll help a lot, but apperently, not installed.

They did invest in new Tomra recycling machines, though.

  • @georgef551- It would probably make the store a bit un-zooish like. Example Jewel-Osco on Roosevelt road and Wabash street in Chicago put in NCR's and let me just say it was a bit less crazy. If only they improved the freaken parking lot.

  • @TheElevatorPlanet

    I wish.

    (In other words, no.)

  • Do they have self- checkouts there?
