Startec Sucks! Complete rip off! Horrible customer service! it has been one long headache after another. Calls never work! Customer service is a joke and refuses to help or provide even a refund. They are extremely rude and .Save yourself some headaches and go with some other service. All we want to be able to do is speak with our families back home, and its services like Startec, who take advantage of that to rip off people.
