為鼓勵同仁能健康減重,本大隊除規劃健走、慢跑、登山等活動外,更宣導「減重健康操」,利用常年訓練、勤教及各種集會施教,雖僅短短十分鐘卻能達到舒筋活骨、強化體能,養成運動習慣。
