I have a method, rp grenade the grad, kill the goon closer too you and walk away so that the grad doen't spot you, rp it again then quickly get just close enough to emp the cyborgs before smacking them with the polearm to get their attention away from the civillian. costly on grenades but it's the easiest method I found.

I just tried doing this yesterday at that part in the video and it did kill the hostage. I guess that's a recent patch. Can anybody confirm?

but what about the civilian in Denver? There's a GRAD in the way on hard mode so I can just RPG the goons cause the GRAD will spot me
