My son was run over by a bus, an accident. I have always paid the highest premium, thinking that as a single mom I would need it, not my healthy, intelligent children. For almost 2 YEARS, it has been a daily fight to get what he needs. It is a daily fight against the corporations who own the insurace companies and hospitals. We are exhausted (and grateful that my son is recovering). I am sooooo tired of all of this. I am so grateful to you for taking up this battle. I am with you.

As a person who grew up in the 80's I totally get that we created a consumer based healthcare system. It is the worst thing that happened to Americans.

Good video Jon. BTW what does Dr. Flowers think about the "Public Option"? Good. bad or indifferent.

I heard that some insurance cos. are trying to boost general practitioners into specialties to raise their rates. Is there any truth to that?
