I can't even use the software. They provided me with a dud Serial No and now they won't even talk with me. THIS STUFF IS A CON JOB. THESE GUYS ARE CHEATS.

The human voice will start from 150 herz (for female) to about 12k including the harmonics. There's a lot of instruments that actually overlaps these. Piano's, guitars, drums, bass, flutes. So when ever you remove those frequency to remove the vocals, you also removes part of those instruments, or the whole instruments all together. Which essentially kills the sound of the recording. So the only true way to do it, redo the song without vocals.

What people don't understand, And this is not an approval of this program o any other. Is that the only way to remove vocals from a song, is to redo the song without the vocalist. Once the song is mixed down into a stereo track, all the frequencies overlaps. So if you remove part of the frequencies, you remove those for all the instruments that overlapped on those frequency. ..cont

Will it do a GOOD job at removing the original voices? I need it for a college project. Can your program get rid of the vocals and backup vocals but keep the music itself top quality?

This is a bastard way to remove the vocal. Together with vocal you remove bass and a lot of frequences. This song is totally distroyed.
