hind carries more weapons and flies much faster than Apache.

if you modify the hind's troop carrying part and fill it with ammo and fuel , it can mess with 3 apaches at once and kill them.

If the car can't execute certain elements of pilotage any pilot, whether it be the Pole, Russian etc. can't execute this figure.

So to me the word the BEST has taken in head, to give to technics but not pilots, in that context without specification :)
