Because Warren Buffet said he thought he should pay higher INCOME taxes, but his companies fight over CORPORATE taxes as required by shareholders? No wait, it's because Immelt is moving jobs overseas as required by his shareholders? Herp-derp!

@diamondkramer All I see are 25 pieces of legislation that destroy environmental protections, attack programs that the 99% depend on, and lower taxes on the wealthiest Americans. The GOP house KNEW these would never pass the senate. There used to be something called compromise, instead we get intentional gridlock from the GOP.

You conservatives have no good ideas, you seem to think that the best way to create jobs is to lower taxes on the wealthy. We've tried that for the last 30 years and where has it gotten us? Third-world levels of wealth inequality.

@diamondkramer The healthcare law saves the federal government money and creates jobs. Youtube doesn't let me post links, but look at the CBO report on the healthcare law and you will be surprised to find you have been lied to.

@kansascitizen Also, Jeffrey Immelt - Head of GE - serves on the President's committee for Job Creation and his x-ray division and another part of GE are moving overseas. Hmmm!!! What's wrong with this picture. Warren Buffett says "sure we need to pay more taxes". But, his company Berkshire Hathaway has been fighting with the IRS for the last 10 years over taxes he hasn't paid. There are alot of things that this administration twists to make you believe their lies.

@kansascitizen Update - There are now 25 pieces of legislation passed in the House of Representatives that would help with job creation. Let's see what the Senate does????? Also, something that could be done that the President won't do is relieve the companies overseas of the corporate taxes and have them bring that money back to the U.S. to hire more employees in the U.S. or buy U.S. made equipment for their business.

@kansascitizen I think Lynn has done more than you will ever know. I have been to her Townhall meetings. The Republicans have ideas but the Democrats do not want to listen to them at all. They go behind closed doors and create Obamacare when the Republicans had other ideas that the Democrats would not even consider. Tort Reform for a start. That would help reduce health care costs more than anything. The doctors have to run all kinds of tests on a patient now to protect themselves.
