@alb84guitar I agree totally; the adagio is way too fast. If done in a more baroque style as you suggest it would've been most appropriate, especially since Mozart wrote the fugue in honour of JSBach, who remains the unrivalled master of the fugue

Это великолепно!!!! Я не знал, что у моцарта есть настолько чудесные произведения!!!!

@Mattmerg93 adagio is too fast and too dynamic, i would have done it more in a baroque style... yet the fugue is perfect!!! really great!

Absolutely beautiful! Writing a post modernist essay for uni while listening to this. Slightly ironic but none the less one of the most helpful tools to concentrate. Funny also that my favourite 2 genres are Dubstep and Hip Hop!

@IronRoss66 Don't know, but if you watch the movie "The Haunting" from c. 1962 you'll see more of it. I think it's in upstate Vermont.

@mrbrianmccarthy According to wikipedia, he was 32 years old (this piece was written in 1788.). Originally written for piano, the fugue is a transcription of KV 426 (composed 5 years earlier 1783.).

@ehta01 I apologize for any confusion, I meant advanced musically.
That's... really quick for an Adagio. Who's playing this?

You have reason: the Adagio is quite such a Presto. The Staatsoper of Dresden was playing this.
