Turning a Kaoss Pad into a Kaossilator

Here I've programmed a Kaoss Pad to function as a Kaossilator, using MIDI signals to control 3 synths and a drum machine in Ableton Live. You can even record loops without ever touching the mouse! This is just a simple C-Major scale but more will be implemented.

you don't have to change any settings. it's simply a patch i wrote that interprets the MIDI data and then translates it into kaossilator-like data.

can this be done with the xy pad on a padkontrol or nanopad?

So if i do this to my KP3 will it mess up any or other settings.. or is it just the midi setting we are changing? Because I want to use it with reason.
