This is live footage of my competition, which occured on April 18th, 2008... the theme of my act is photography. I won Second Place! Mark Erhardt took home Third Place and Derrik Finn won First Place. Enjoy! I apologize for the occasional problems with audio... I performed in a very loud room!

  • rrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaalllllllyyyy liked it. but jeez, that's allota area to work for a close up kinda deal. humgo table

  • LOL thank you! It was a billiards table :).

  • I don't know if you were under time contstraints but you seemed to be going a little fast. I know how that it though. When ever I perform a full act for a group of people I switch into hyperspeed. I actually have to make a concious effort to slow myself down. Great job though. They seemed to like it.

  • Yes, there were time constraints.... as opposed to the 10 minutes we were supposed to be given per table, we only really got 5-6 minutes.

  • What kind of competition is this? And every single card effect you did either is a gaffed deck or packet. Where is the reall skill at? Also, your doing and moving way too fast. Slow down some, relax.

  • And besides, it's the presentation that counts anyway.

  • 6 of spades thing was really good.

  • @SlickmagicTJ Don't count out gaffs. Many of them still require a fair amount of skill, and his presentation was pretty good. Besides gaffs help to make the spectators experience more magical, and impossible, and that is what we are meant to do as magicians. Unless you are performing "magicians magic" (Magic for magicians) crafty sleight of hand is not always needed, and can sometimes just get in the way of a good performance. This is just my opinion though. I agree he was moving a bit too fast.

  • It is scarry how much experience Youve allready got. You are allready there. COngratualltions. I am gellues.

  • I liked the last card effect

  • You have D. Duvivier's trick. It's really cool and gets amazing reactions! Your performance was nice

  • when using gaff deck dont put to many decks on the table that's why pockets are made for do ur opener than so impromptu tricks than deck switch that why i also have to normal decks and 3 gaff deck invisble deck and two other deck in my own pattern (top secret)

  • I was there for that! I voted for you!
