Scott Paschal Tennis: Pro tennis player in a leg burn drill during off-season workout. Ana ( my student of 5+ years) is learning to lower her center of gravity on certain shots. In this drill her goal is to try to lower her back knee to within 6 inches of the ground on ground strokes that she can step in to. Can take 6-8 months to properly develop the tendons, ligaments, muscles, timing, prep, etc to be able to handle this consistently...particularly during a long pro match under pressure. Abdul, my student from Jordan, is watching. Ana is training with long time hitting partner, David, who is from Australia.
