@DeltaWound I have the new version of the Phun. I make the U-shape using the subtract in the CGS and a lot of fussing to get the other parts centered... Either way, It's the most effective pump I've seen. Plus, I made a refined version and it works like a champ!

Cool! It's nice and simple, with few parts. How high can it push the water? Have you posted the .phn file anywhere?

That's what it was made for :).
How high it can push the water is relative to the thickness of the impeller blades. The water won't pass through thicker blades so easily. However, I haven't managed to overload this one even with 7800 particles.
I haven't posted the .phn file anywhere. The pump is pretty easy to make. Just draw the pipe in one piece (leave a thin connection to do it) and do the same to the impeller. Stick a motor on it and you're all set!

How did you make the U-bend?

Polygon tool, lots of zooming in and out, and a bit of patience.
The new version of Phun's collision group system pretty much defeats the purpose of this pump, though.
