Modified Nikon D40

Modified Nikon D40 with internal matrix metering chip for use with manual lenses on D40 Cameras. This will allow metering on D40's with lenses without metering chips in them.

@sabbathThebat how big or small the ring is in the lens. allowing a lot or little light. this is how dof is controled, by having a bigger f stop

@georgeakapierz you don't get the point: first, autofocus is unnecessary, second, why should I buy new, inferrior lenses if I already have high quality glass. then again, I don't want to buy a bulky d300.

f is the designation for aperture. f22 is a really small aperture and f1.2 is a huge aperture. Old school photographers (like me) love this guys lens. Want to take great natural light shots inside with a shallow depth of field? This is your lens at f1.2. Want to take a group photo with everyones face in focus. Use more light and a higher f stop.
