i wanna get a legend grade staff for arme that is lvl 60+

i was planning on getting ace of spade set for her but it comes with a battle staff instead, so i wanna ask if there's anyway i can get lvl 60+ legend staff ?

@pondypoo The only way to get RELIC items is either participate in special events or purchase them (Gacha/SB Gacha) w/ real world cash. Currently there are no special events that provide that type of weapon.

how luck i am? gacha set is back in ph on august 4 ... i'm so luck that just only 50 spell books that i have to buy to unseal armor and accesories .. it will cost me a 300 php / 6 dollars only haha .... ^^

@ThCakeIsALie do you think is that luck or someting? coz maybe 300 scrolls can finish the job right? hey selion gacha is here in PH.. planning to earn2000 pesos ( i mean 40$+) to buy scrolls, please answer my question, is it luck or not
