I'm Chinese. Usually I'm an atheist and non-superstitious person. But Chinese superstitions can be cute at times (even though I don't buy it) ;)

  • that is the nastiest looking salad i ever seen...but then again i hate most veggies, give me lettuce, tomato, bacon bits, boiled egg, crutons, and ranch dressing!

  • @fluidicmethod Sorry if I offended you but I really wanted people to see this because it's important =/

A lot of people get sick after eating uncooked seafood. Some of us have eaten sushi all our lives with no health problems at all, but some do, so you can never be sure if the source/culinary process is safe. Besides, there are a lot more health issues related to consuming raw than cooked seafood. Eating raw seafood isn't very different from eating raw chicken/pork/beef.
