Either way, her education is moot...affirmative Action degrees given after using LEGACY to get INTO the college when one fails the entrance exam, are not thought of hightly in this country. The current (based on a sale price of 12 million) LTV against a 3 million dollar purchase price is 40% based on appraisal of 12mil.(the house is excessve so goes the purchase price) Even If it appraises out at 10mill they could take a cash out refi and pocket roughly 4 million with a 80% ltv (eliminating MI) What you may be asking is 'are these current owners crooks'. Kind of stupid question really. Anyone pocketing equity forgoing credit via forclosure in my opinion should be illegal!!!

I wonder how it feels to be in McCains 500 dollar shoes now. How could he dare to call Obama an elitist? Obama made it on his own merit and not by riding his daddies coattails into the Naval academy (where he failed on conduct, and was 5th from the bottom academically!). It's not every man who marries an heiress worth 100 million and than uses that money to buy his way into congress. He's a moron, a hypocrite and a failure. Like Bush, with alzheimers thrown into the mix.
