I think people shouldn't really bash Tom Cameron. I don't know him.
But by the looks of the background shots, it appears that what he is teaching is legit. I see physical applications being used by his students.
Maybe the no touch Knock out thing is just something he does for " fun".
I haven't studied under him so I can't comment all the way, same goes for Dillman, but, I see that the Cameron guy is teaching physical MA.
