Raekwon is right.. "so now it's up to the labels to dictate our music?" Go back to old interviews when ODB was around and when everybody was together. They all had it in their right minds that if we can keep the nucleus of our members then we can dictate the game ourselves and that was the mindset of Wu back then. Now everyones doin their own thing,the labels have seized control of the game, there's no where to go for them musically. But if they were independent, guaranteed they will be back.

I dunno what everyone is talking about. All Rae was trying to say was... he wanted to come back at it street/grimy with raw dawg beats & anthems. Rza evidently has expanded his musical tastes & the group's intensions & chemistry ain't all there anymore because of it. Best suggestion, do what M.O.P did & let Snowgoons do their beats for an album (hence Sparta) How would y'all like to record over beats you aint feeling? How u gone co-sign something you aint feeling?

this is pissing me off. i can imaging rza sitting their like "yo i got the craziest beats around right now," which they were, and the wu being like "yo god were not popular no more lets just fall back on the same shit." whats good is not always going to be mainstream wu came out in a different time were different shit was hot. yes it is the best hip hop ever but just rehashing the same shit wont produce the same results. especially when you are actually dumbing it down. rza is the hip hop king.

@fpvshitsonhsv i think your wrong. art is about growth and thinking outside the box. without the rza they only make garbage. their album without the rza was garbage he acts like he knows whats up but he fights with the rza about being too forward thinking and creative(the only thing that matters in music.) Rza in retrospect was 100 percent right and rae was dead wrong. it was him who was sounding tired on 8 diamgrams the rza was on some futuristic shit.

At the end of the day it's all about MONEY, and Raekwon is mad because RZA is getting paid doing all these movies, and Raekwon is not...Thats the main reason why Reakwon is angry, RZA is getting Millions and he is Not! i don't care what no one says he's Jealous.

Rae is right with some points about Rza and i can understand becouse as a loyal wu fan i feel the same about the new albums. Some of them sound rushed and not ready for sale while others sound alot like Rza experimenting with new sounds. Is always good to move forward and improving sounds but not every song with the same new sound throughout the album. Rza needs to tone down the experimenting and go with a polished old wu tang sound

No u didn´t. RZA will neva be wack. Raekwon iz a chump in person and he wouldn´t give you the time of day so why vouch 4 him? Look at RZA's catalog of work and Rae's catalog. All Rae did was made it big in 09 of old glory. "Yo, i'm doin a WuTang album..., without RZA''. Lucky RZA didn't say the same about him when it came time to drop 36 chambers back in 93. But it's just like Rae to kick the people in the teeth who put him where he is today.
