  • I loved this piece but to this day I loathe playing in tenor clef.....

    I use a seat strap, so I have to be sitting the whole time I'm playing, I can't find anything else around here really. I wish I had a neck strap or shoulder strap then I could have marched it if my teacher would let me.

    I'm actually using a shoulder strap (it goes diagonally across your torso, I like it better than a regular neck strap). And yes, I agree that it is immensely difficult to play the bassoon without a strap of any kind. =)

  • She's great! though i have to wonder what kind of strap she is using because you can't play that thing with out one.
