@IFrameRodger I know the exact feeling. I think it's a lot to do with building confidence, if a whole book seems daunting just set a goal of just one chapter, and keep setting yourself goals that are achievable and satisfying. It can be any chapter of any book that you find interesting. It gives you more faith in your ability to read stuff. I haven't read a lot of books, because mostly school has given me a bad taste in the mouth on books because I have been forced to read them not out of pleasure. I don't care what anyone says I don't enjoy The Great Gatsby or Shakespeare's works to be honest.
