she was in with one at the pet store, and her fins were all tore up. they have healed up nicely, but i'm afraid that she'll get attacked again.

That shouldn't happen if you introduce them slowly and with more than just two of them. A shoal of four should work well. They make aquarium dividers, you might be able to find one in your tank, if not, you could make one.

not with proper paperwork and permits... same as your own country... these fish aren't endangered... though they used to be thought of as extinct up to about 10 years ago...

least I've seen is about $50 per pair, minimum of 5 pairs, plus CITES paperwork and shipping, (about $150 I think) if you're interested in more info, send me a PM on youtube, I'm looking for more people to go in on a group order of these and others...
