*sigh* i explain 1 more time ;) this is no lagg >.> i play rohan very good on my laptop. if i use camtasia to record it freaks like hell :P when i use hypercam/fraps no lagg at all ;) so no laaaaaaagggg -.-

that would be 5 dex 1 vit but if you want really high crits i would prefer stat reset and get 3 dex 1 vit build from 1-50

It's on my laptop not main pc :o with hypercam/fraps no lagg but low Quality and with fraps 30 sec rec. With camtasia great lag :D
