Green Tea = Weight Loss? Nasty or Delicious?

We always hear that by drinking green tea, you can lose weight, but is there any truth to that??

I usually just drink the Lipton Citrus in the bottle and I take green tea mega tea that works good. I've never been a fan of hot tea but I will have to try the passion fruit one. That sounds good. Thank you for the vid!

i usually add a 0 calorie sweetener to my green tea makes it taste better and no extra calories :p

Okay, I've watched this vid before and couldn't understand why you didn't like the taste, until today. I bought some Lipton green tea today and it was disgusting! So bitter, with only minimal steeping. Quality counts, and I love yamomoto yama green tea, no sugar. All brands are not created equal. Try it again with a good quality green tea, I guarantee the taste will astound you!
