I do not play in the NFL and I can rep this weight without bands and without an illegal bridge. Keep your ass on the bench yo!
-

I wanna see his big ass do it with out the band,

Yes, this looks like a very good strength exercise and I suppose it not only works for the elite athlete but at any level.
Rubber bands (of different kinds) can also be used e.g. for sprinting (which is what we do a lot) and vertical jumps. In sprints, they help to accelerate, in drop-jumps they decrease the support time.
As a coach, no matter what sport, you have to be knowledgeable and creative. That is exactly what those videos show.
Very interesting, keep up the good work!

Congratulations on your first TD tonight Mr. Anderson

Finally, some useful comments. No one had ever been able to explain to me what reverse bands were for in a satisfactory way. I'm about to try that shit myself sometime soon. Good video guys keep up the good work. I gotta say that watching all of these is hella motivating

Why don't you learn about training before you go and make dumb comments. People from all over the world are making fun of you right now and you have no idea.
I suggest you take the comment down yourself, cuz I know the owner of this video is getting a huge laugh off of your stupidity.
