Yes, this looks like a very good strength exercise and I suppose it not only works for the elite athlete but at any level.
Rubber bands (of different kinds) can also be used e.g. for sprinting (which is what we do a lot) and vertical jumps. In sprints, they help to accelerate, in drop-jumps they decrease the support time.
As a coach, no matter what sport, you have to be knowledgeable and creative. That is exactly what those videos show.

Finally, some useful comments. No one had ever been able to explain to me what reverse bands were for in a satisfactory way. I'm about to try that shit myself sometime soon. Good video guys keep up the good work. I gotta say that watching all of these is hella motivating

Thanks for that... I don't think this has ever been explained before and I have been training since I was 12 yrs and now 37 so, thanks again... You always have to keep learning cause that is the way of life... their is always one way to skin a cat.
