The Europeans date different from us. They put day first, then month, then year, so it is from 11 Apr 92. Also, Desert Storm was in 1991

Thon a l'huile is tuna in oil. That second one was a fish terrine. I'm pretty sure that third one is chicken, but I couldn't make out the first word. That first green packet is tea. You got everything else.
