@mplm09 Another fact,"Curly Bill" Brocious (Jon Voight in this movie) wasn't any where NEAR the actual gunfight. So go read a book on the gunfight instead of looking at Hollywood's version of it. They DO tend to take poetic licence when it come to the real real facts sonny.
@mplm09 Also resulting in Virgil Earp saying: "Hold! I didn't mean that! You must surrender your arms!" By then, it was too late. The gunfight became general, the rest as they say is history.
@mplm09 First of all, the actual gunfight NEVER took place at the OK Corral, it took place @lot #2 Fly's photograph gallery and across from that the Harwood house(no longer there) The shooting took thirty seconds. Doc Holiday did not Cock the hammers of his shotgun UNTIL he got eyeball to eyeball less than ten feet away from the cowboys, it's said that the shooting actually started when the cowboys HEARD doc Holliday pull back the hammers of his shotgun.
@mplm09 Obviously you HAVEN'T been to Tombstone, nor done any research on the gunfight. But good movie other than the LONG, actually only 68 shoots fired in less than a minute, real gunfight.
listen all you people. at least they were on the right track/idea which is gun battle over in seconds and claimed lives of three people (on one side)
