@BrooklynNotQueens Im guessing youve seen chasidim before in that all black very serious arent freindly to secular jews. And then you see thes guys whose message is to have fun dont be so serious and they are trying to bring some young jews that arent religous into religion. Everything they do is a miztvah, besides holding up traffic of course but still who cares.
