  • thank you for this feedback

  • Therese, you are one brave woman to disclose and tell your story to fight stigma! You are so right. We need to support each other.

  • I'm an anxiety disorder sufferer, so I understand what you're talking about. And God bless you for your efforts to fight the stigma against mental health problems.

  • I build up the stigma because it's true. I like to break things.

  • Yes, it can be managed !! The future is bright. We need to keep openly talking to everyone we know about bipolar. It's just a condition. Thanks for a posetive video !!

  • diagnosing mental illness is very subjective. right now anyone can be called mentally ill. one could say that right now almost all people are mentally ill, since most people are somehow irrational.

  • having bipolar isn't fair! especially when u have psychosis with it and the voices keep you up all night and you take your meds that only last until morning then you do the same medication ritual over and over everyday. i wish bipolar didn't exist. however i'm thankful to my doctor who put me in the hospital twice because if he didn't, i wouldn't be typing this right now.

  • I'd like to be an advocate as well, yet I still feel the stigma, I need to break this. I would like to be a public speaker on it. Yet some fear of judgment from when I was ill stops me. I am well now though. Thinking of taking new steps in a new life. My mum is though an example of someone who has stayed well without meds by doing art. Her spiritual meditation keeps her well - enough. I have two brother who also suffered from mental illness.

You are going to be a great and measured lady.
