[Orb of Deception] Trinket, lvl req 54, equiped for use, 5min duration, 30min cd. If removed the costume goes off. Dwarf-Troll. Night elf-Undead. Tauren-Gnome. Blood elf-Draenei. Orc-Human. And other way round.
