This is our West Coast Choppers motorized bicycle, finished November 14, 2009, and my latest song, "Ride," inspired by the completion of the bike. No one makes a kit for this bike. My wife and I have no fabrication experience, and there were SO many issues with alignment and fitment - we wanted to keep the oversized tires, 'cause they're cool. We're amazed that we did it, and it WORKS! Check it out...

  • Hey Davey...just a shout out from Canada...I am waiting for my engine kit to come in this week...I have the west coast chopper as well.. I made the occ into a motorized bike but I sold that one...I really like the look of the wwc better! Thanks for all the info on what to expect when building this bike..Also..what is the yellow color you used???I like it! Take care!

  • @mortezof I think the wcc is the sexiest bicycle ever made. I wish I had the money to build a better motorized bike out of it, but we ARE proud of it. Its Krylon Indoor/Outdoor rattle can in Gloss Sun Yellow. We picked Krylon because it has the adjustable spray nozzle. BTW, the "Good Deed," was a beautiful thing. We had to save one from the s#*!head cutting the grass at work. He was too busy rockin' to his IPOD to look at what he was running over, but we grabbed the little guy just in time!

  • @daveybay i also have a 80cc engine kit and a west coast chopper bike and was wonder if you could send me how to fit the engine on the frame and any other info i should know

  • @wmb66 Wow... Thats a big request. I don't think there's enough space to type it out. Tomorrow I'll look at the possibility of a video to tell you what we did and the problems we ran into. In case you didn't read the other comments, we didn't have a clue how to build it, and ended up redoing it like 3 times... I'll get back with ya Saturday afternoon.

  • @wmb66 Okay, I made a 2-part video to tell you, and the others who've asked, whatever I could think of about building this... "Key Points part 1 and 2." Check it out if you want. It was cool to get the camera out, again. Thanks.

  • lol i have the same kit and i ride in all year round, even in the snow and freezing weather

  • @mastax1234 Oh... Not us. When it comes to cold, we are wooses. I think we live in the wrong state...
