EVE Online: ablative armor

It would be cool if some ships had this module, ablative armor.
Specifications and penalties are up to CCP guys.

Ablative armor is basically already subsumed in the armor hp abstraction - completely negating damage to the hull of the ship unless too much of it is removed and you lack the skill to negate spillage.
