Quick update, like is the case for most people I am having some intense dreams. Very complex and real feeling. Not a bad thing either I kind of enjoy it. Ill check back tomorrow.

nice vlog, i've been taking Campix for 11 days now, gone down from 25 cigs to 7 per day.... though i do get some nasty side effects such as dizziness, diareha, stomoch ache, ringing ears, strong sickly feeling. other than that i say this stuff is working...

Well I've been on it for 4 days now, and I'm having suicidal thoughts and feel sick to my stomach all the time. And my brother on it, and he broke up with his girlfriend for like a week. His personality changed from social butterfly to recluse.

Well I am now on my second day of chantix. I have not had any changes yet. Cigs still taste the same for now, no stomach aches, no weird feelings. So far feeling really good about this. I imagine the real changes in smoking habit will come around day 5-6. Btw your videos are great, very motivational.

@BackStageCowboy As I remember I started feeling something on the 4th day and I stopped smoking on the 6th day I think. The cigs started smelling more stale to me. Good luck. Check back in in a few days.
