Mr. Disney was more than just a cartoonist, he was a VISIONARY. The stuff he did was way ahead of his time. It's hard to believe a guy who was originally a cartoonist diversified into live-action filmmaking, theme parks, and his own TV anthology series.

christ. where do you guys get the notion that any cartoon today sucks. If you actually bothered to search you'll probably see god like adventure time or regular show (before anyone says "hurr durr the drawings are terrible," just remember they're fucking tv cartoons, not feature films)

That was back when we produced wonderful cartoons. Now?...Cheapo, made overseas, get it on quick, and the kids of today will never know what QUALITY & CREATIVE Invention was left way back in the past. Great Pity isn't it. This is Progress?????

When I get my new tablet (lost the other one so saving for better) I plan on making animations inspired by the techniques shown in this video and others that were used to make the old fashioned cartoons that almost everyone here loves. My dream for the future is that animation like this will come back into "style" and get obviously fake computer generated stuff out of the theaters and teach the new generations about REAL animation. :D ~ thanks for reading
