Steampunk Lightsaber by Judgesabersmith, Acerocket & eastern57

This was originally built by Judgesabersmith and was the winner of the JSSDC Ultimate Graflex Challenge - and for good reason. The hilt is almost entirely brass with some aluminium internal parts. It has an internal frame-work that contains the crystal/LED assembly and the rest of the electronics (CF v4, 2x AW14500, Seoul P4, greeblies).

Modifications by Acerocket of Orbital Machining. Ace is responsible for the beautiful control boxes, k3gr1-style pommel, and crystal chamber cut-outs.

I just put the guts in it.

Sometimes variations on the Graflex go very wrong. This was very right.

Dude, that is freaken awesome... not exactly subtle though with the sounds... wouldn't want to sneak up on someone with it ^_^ But all in all, awesome!

Awesome saber dude ! One of the best, if not THE BEST looking saber i've seen so far. It fits the steampunk theme perfectly too.
