I believe penguins are one of the few animals that mate for life. Which would mean that once a mate is chosen it would be pointless to try to mate them with another penguin, gay or straight. The real question is: are we humans so arrogant that we think that other animals can't feel love and loss like we do? It's kinda sad that they were separated. It's also kinda sad that we feel so comfortable taking these animals out of their natural habitat and displaying them for our own entertainment.

I just think its really sad. Poor penguins. I mean I may not have rights but its really sad that they're even fucking with penguins. Besides, whats the point? If they're not interested in the females at their zoo, why would they be attracted to females at a different zoo? and dont penguins mate for life anyways?
