Sanhiti, one of United States' leading South Indian dance troupes was founded in 2004 by three Bay Area dancers to promote the rich and diverse South Indian dance culture. Every year, Sanhiti performs for a non-profit organization, thus helping a noble cause and also bringing together the dance enthusiasts.

Udavum Karangal (Helping Hands) is a registered, non-governmental, non-religious and non-profit social service organization, established in 1983, with sole objective of serving people in distress who are orphans & destitutes.
The Bay Area chapter of Udavum Karangal has been actively raising funds to support Udavum Karangals cause in India for over 5 years.
