  • Forgive me, but the last time I looked Mongolia was landlocked. Where does it say -- either in international maritime regulations or tradition -- that ships or lifeboats have to be named after ports? The lifeboat in question obviously came from a Mongolian-registered mothership; what is called a "Flag of Convenience".

  • A lifeboat from "Trium" Ulaanbaatar? That's not even a port, it's the capital of Mongolia.
