I do cherish her voice a lot, but I can't believe she can do an up-to-C#6 note. I've been listening to her since her debut album, and seeing every change or improvement in her techniques. Even if she could, it would sound very thin and uncomfortable. BTW, I found I had a voice like her when I was having a shower. Just kidding :-)

i can hit all of those notes without it being a challenge O_O

she is amazing!!! Great job by the way!!!

How could she be a mezzosoprano? I'm a light soprano and my colour is very similar to hers and my low notes are more stronger than hers (my lowest note is E3)! I think her vocal coach did a mistake when he/she classified her, I think she's a light soprano..

My range is almost what hers is! I can sing from a G3 to a C6.

@t9993 I agree with tenten5002. Yma Sumac was a supernatural voice and what I find most amazing is That it was all a gift. Yma never needed lessons. She even said that she learned to sing with the nature

Well, but there's a problem here: first, she has belt and very good belcanto technic, she doesn't use "Head Voice", second, she, being a mezzo, has a bigger range, maybe it is not recording, but she is able to do lower notes. It is impossible that Floor Jensen, being a soprano, could do lower notes than Simone. That's a problem of what is and what is not recorded.
of course she can't reach a C#6, I think she can reach a G5 live. in "tides of time", that note is not a Ab5, is a A4, a Ab5 is so much higher than that, you did the same think with a lot of notes in the video

@MatosLeti In this video, middle C = C4. She reaches Ab5 in Tides of Time.

what are the songs that she does the G5s ,the first F#5, the last G5 (before the first Ab5) and the Ab5 before the Seif al Din??

@leinadsegal Songs are in description, but there is no Seif al Din! If you are talking about head voice, the songs are (G5): Kingdom of Heaven, Chasing the Dragon, Never Enough, Death of a Dream, Sancta Terra (2x) and Consign to Oblivion. The first F#5 is Resign to Surrender.
