i connected it to my computer, but the video on the device test is all shaky and the program keeps crashing. Any suggestions?

@KinectMan2 how do you get the video to display i am on xp home i managed to get the led and motor but nothing more?

Wow. Just Wow.
Best Kinect API I've seen! So simple to use, yet so extensive.
I haven't seen any other kinect API that can tap into as many of the kinect's functions as yours can. And it works on windows!
