@grassrootsPAL I haven't heard too many Dong folk songs but it sounds almost like it.

Lots of Moslems in Sichuan, hunh? Interesting. How's the food in Sichuan? Is there any traditional gong fu there, or only Wushu? I hear the original Bai Mei Quan is from Sichuan, or actually Er Mei Shan...

The New Year footage was great and I liked the voiceover script. For the Night Light part, was this what the camera shot or was there coloring added in editing? Keep up the good work--I want to see more.

great video...but, the night light music was kind of scary. thats not Chinese music?

thanks. the music from the night light section is from a CD called "China: Time To Listen" issued on the Ellipsis Arts label. That song is from a Chinese ethnic minority ensemble and you're right, sounds different from more mainstream Chinese music.
