@LiamEryt yeah. I was SO looking forward to the movie and was SO dissapointed... =(
Plot - way off. Middle finger to that movie. It's shit. I feel sorry for Paolini, the movie could have been a blast, just like the book(s).

@LiamEryt Whether he read the book or not is irrelevant actually, they write a script, toss it to him and tell him to direct it. So blame the script writers. And yes old comment is old.

exactly. killing off the ra'zac also proves a problem if they were to make the second film were they play a huge role when trying to capture roran. also, eragon didnt kill the shade like that - he got help from Ayra. i personally dont believe that the director read the book.
