This is ubuntu Linux, just google it is free, it is an operating system and CS is emulated with wine.

i cant use 3d effects on my computer cuz then it laggz alot, and i think i have a bit better computer than u. PLZZ help me whats the prob!

I really don't rememeber. This vid was posted about 1 and a half year ago. But i'm very sure that this thing works on the latest version of wine.
