Jedi - 6 months - Trying his new boots

Jedi (6 months) tries out his new boots. They are for when we go hiking to protect his pads from sharp rocks. We'll also use them in the car so that he stops scratching the walls when he looks out the window!!

He's used to the boots now and walks fine in them, but I just thought his prancing was hilarious!

Would you suggest trying these boots at 8 weeks? Or should I wait?

I don't think there's any reason to put them on at 8 weeks particularly that the pup cannot go into the wide world until its vaccinations are done.

The dog will get used to them no matter what age and of course sizing may change.

Thanks... The other little dog is a Finnish Lapphund (Ahsoka). They're a spitz breed too.
