Spring Break at Punta Uva, Costa Rica

This is just a shot from the balcony of the beach house that a group of us rented during our spring break in Costa Rica. The house was located on a beach called Punta Uva which is near the surfing town of Puerto Viejo. As you can see we were at the very end of the beach, with a path leading straight to the water. The beach was beautiful and had great reef for snorkeling. I saw the biggest elkhorn coral I have ever seen in my life and was much more impressed by the reef in this area compared to the protected on in Cahuita National Park.
