1st) this is normal. they don't stop because it would be hazardous, they could get killed much easier if they stopped.

2nd) they are honking like crazy. if i saw a giant, .50 machine gun mounted hummer coming at me from behind, honking like crazy, i would get the FUCK OUTTA THE WAY. They are just not paying attention. BAD DRIVING.
