Broken Verizon Samsung Glyde (SCH-U940)

NOTE: i just got my new phone and its 10x better then my old one. i think i just had a bad phone :X

well see, i got this phone maybe a month and a half ago and its been trouble ever since. the touch screen sucks and every thing else does too. so today i went to pull it out of my poket and i saw this. but i got the ace insurance so im getting a new one tommorow. :D
