@ZeDuBreju No the ball wasn't launched up 16cm. It has to be up from the palm of his hand (2.06.02 - The server shall then project the ball near vertically upwards, without imparting spin, so that it rises at least 16cm after leaving the palm of the free hand and then falls without touching anything before being struck.) That ball couldn't have been more than 2 inches max out of his hand when he struck it.

Sorry, I may be wrong, but was not a illegal serve? The ball has launched up about 16cm and hit when it is going down. Sorry about my bad english, I'm brazilian
